Services

Three kinds of system. One way of building them.

Websites, automation and publishing systems for businesses in Georgia and worldwide that run on leads, content and multilingual websites. We build them in our own companies first, and people review everything AI produces.

Start with a free 10–15-minute consultation. Paid implementation starts with a fixed-price System Audit ($300) and is scoped from what it finds.

Which problem is yours?

Start from what’s going wrong. Each row points to the service that fixes it and the project that shows it working.

  1. Your website is slow, hard to update or losing leads, or the second language breaks pages and search results.

  2. Inquiries arrive without context, sit unanswered, or get copied by hand between forms, email, WhatsApp and spreadsheets.

  3. You have archives, projects or expertise that never get published, or publishing depends on one busy person.

Not sure which row is yours? That’s what the System Audit is for.

What we build

01

Websites & Multilingual Infrastructure

A website that loads fast, tracks every lead and works properly in each language.

For businesses whose WordPress site is slow, broken or bilingual in name only.

  • Language routing, translated-page errors and hreflang
  • Speed and Core Web Vitals, especially on mobile
  • Lead and conversion tracking: forms, clicks, WhatsApp
  • Page structure that leads to one clear next step
  • Technical SEO foundations: sitemaps, indexing, metadata

Typical toolsWordPress, Kadence, Rank Math, WPCode, LiteSpeed / WP Rocket, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel

02

Automation

Named workflows that take repetitive lead, follow-up and reporting work off your team.

For small teams who lose time, or leads, to copy-paste work between tools.

  • Lead routing: form → CRM or sheet → the right person
  • Follow-up triggers by email or WhatsApp
  • Publishing workflows, e.g. WordPress post → social channels
  • Data sync between WordPress, sheets, CRM and email
  • Automated weekly or monthly summaries

Every workflow has an owner on your side and a human checkpoint where it matters.

Typical toolsMake.com, WordPress forms, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, email, LLMs

Automation
03

Content & Publishing Systems

Turn archives, projects and know-how into a steady, reviewed publishing flow.

For organisations with material worth publishing and no system to publish it.

  • Structured content backend: one record, one source of truth
  • AI-assisted drafting, metadata and translation
  • Human review before anything goes live
  • Publishing to the website, then short-form video and social

Typical toolsSanity, WordPress, AI drafting and translation, Runway, Canva

How an engagement works

Not sure yet? A free 10–15-minute consultation can come first. Paid work follows these four steps.

  1. 1

    Audit

    Up to 5 working days

Fixed price. You send the site URL and access; we review your site, lead handling and content flow, then walk you through a prioritised roadmap on a 45-minute call. The roadmap is yours whether or not you work with us.

  2. 2

    Scope

We price the items you choose from the roadmap. Nothing is bundled you didn’t ask for.

  3. 3

    Build

One part at a time. Each change is tested on desktop and mobile, and you approve it before it goes live.

  4. 4

    Handover

Every delivered system comes with essential operating instructions and handover documentation. Run it yourself, or keep us on for ongoing support. Both are scoped individually.

Questions

Do I have to start with the audit?

Not to talk to us: the first 10–15-minute consultation is free, with no obligation. Paid implementation does start with the audit. It’s how we price the work honestly: you see what’s wrong and what it costs to fix before you commit to more.

How long does the audit take?

Up to 5 working days from the moment we have access to your site and tools. We confirm the start date when you book and schedule the review call at the same time, so you know both dates up front.

Who owns what you build?

You do. The website, accounts, content and workflows stay in your name. If anything has to sit elsewhere, such as a licence tied to a third-party tool, we tell you in writing before work starts.

Will I get documentation?

Yes, as standard. Every delivered system comes with essential operating instructions and handover documentation: how it works, where things live and how to make routine changes. Team training or more extensive documentation can be scoped separately.

What does AI do, and what do people do?

AI drafts: metadata, translations, first versions of content and code. People check it and decide what goes live. We don’t publish unreviewed AI output.

Do you maintain systems after launch?

If you want us to. You can take over after a one-time build, or keep us on for ongoing support: updates, monitoring, fixes and small improvements. Support is scoped to your system, with the scope and response times agreed in writing, so you pay for what it needs, not a fixed package.

Do you work in Georgian?

Yes. We build and fix bilingual Georgian/English websites for clients, and Photomuseum publishes in both languages. This site is in English for now.

Where are you based?

In Tbilisi, Georgia. We work with businesses across Georgia and remotely with clients worldwide.
