We apply AI to real operations, starting with our own
AI Insider was founded in Tbilisi in June 2024 by Dr. Archil Gersamia. It builds AI-assisted systems for how businesses actually run: their leads, their content and their websites.
Most of what we sell, we first built and used inside businesses we run or work in directly.

Twenty years of making organisations work better
Archil’s career has followed one thread: taking an institution or a business and making it work better, from design to delivery.
He began at Georgia’s Ministry of Economic Development in 2005, during the reform years when the World Bank named Georgia the world’s top reformer. As a team leader in the State Property Management Department, he helped define which state property should pass to municipalities and coordinated the transfers. He coordinated the UNDP-funded State Property Inventory and led the ministry team on a USAID-funded property transfer programme.
From 2010 to 2015 he headed the Procurement Division at Sakpatenti, the National Intellectual Property Center, including budgeting and coordination with the Ministry of Finance and WIPO.
From 2015 to 2019 he was Chancellor of GIPA, the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs, responsible for finance, legal affairs, procurement, HR and operations. He led the university through institutional authorization and the accreditation of 19 academic programmes, coordinating the legal, financial and organisational requirements, and introduced digital financial and budget management systems. He also taught Public Finance and Public Sector Economics at GIPA for eight years.
Systems only matter if people actually use them. That lesson came from running a university and a state reform, long before AI.
We build on real projects, not demos

LD Estates
Since 2020 Archil has run LD Estates, a Tbilisi real estate developer, managing the full cycle from feasibility and permitting to financing, construction and sales. It has completed three projects, including Tabor Hill, which was taken to black-frame stage and sold within nine months. Its current projects, the Avlabari Investment Building and Lisi Lake Estates, both hold building permits.
AI-assisted visualisation supports design review and project communication, and the project pages, investment scenario calculator and inquiry path on ldestates.ge were built inside those projects.

Georgian Museum of Photography
He also leads the ongoing initiative to digitize and publish the Georgian Museum of Photography’s historical archive. Delivered so far: structured records in Sanity, bilingual Georgian/English publishing on photomuseum.ge, and AI-assisted metadata that people review before publication. Digitization of the physical collection continues.

How we work
Honest scoping
We say what is built and what is planned. We do not sell what we have not shipped.
AI drafts, people decide
Every system has a human review step before anything goes live.
Adoption, not just tools
We set data-handling rules and train the people who will use the system. A tool nobody uses is not a system.
Built to be owned
You keep the accounts, the content and the documentation.
Based in Tbilisi
We work remotely with businesses worldwide, and with businesses and organisations across Georgia, in English and Georgian, and Russian where needed.
